Why “Goose Dog”?

It was right around the same time I decided to turn my web design skills and online marketing experience into my own business that I found myself first in line to adopt a yellow lab I had fallen in love with that had just made it through a rigorous service dog training program and was selected as a breeder for the organization.

My fingers had been crossed for months that I’d end up with Gus (Gustav, or Goose as we always call him)…

So when I got the call telling me I could come pick my new dog, the name for my new business came right to me. Goose Dog Designs was born!

And you can see Goose’s adorable smile and droopy eyes in the logo. And he’s right here at my feet keeping the office cozy and the team smiling.
